How
much will it be?
Our
fees are £11.50 an hour. A minimum deposit of £50
is required but £100 is suggested to begin serious research.
How
many hours it take depends on how accessible your records
are and what you already know. We agree an initial outlay
with you on contact.
No
two family histories are the same, for that reason it is impossible
to give an exact estimate of the overall cost.
This is why we keep in touch with you on a regular basis,
so that while we are gathering imformation, the costs are
always in your control. We agree the frequency and method
of communication with you at the outset.
We only charge for results. Your deposit will be refunded
if an initial survey proves fruitless. If you choose to cancel
at any time a refund will be made of money not already used
in research.
Each
birth, death or marriage certificate is £7.00 plus £1
handling fee.
